The Department of Customs in Kayu Reput ("DoCKR") has just dismissed its senior officer, Bee Ool (BO). BO came to see you and told you what happened. According to him, the Board of Misconduct of DoCKR (BMD) told him to appear for a hearing for a charge "... that could tarnish the good reputation of DoCKR..." He was not sure what he was going to be tried for, but nevertheless, he made some preparation for his defence and decided to bring two witnesses.

Before the hearing, BO went to BMD's office and requested for some information about his case but BMD failed to supply him with any information that he requested for. According to BO, he only knew that he was going to be tried for corruption when the secretary of BMD read out the charge against him before the hearing started. BMD accepted both BO's witnesses and both were given the opportunity to give evidence for BO.

During the trial, BO realised that the panel comprised of, inter alia, Cik Sujood who once attempted to ask him out for a date but he had refused, as he is a married man. Advise BO of the grounds on which he should challenge his dismissal.
