Question 1 The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has secured funding to implement a programme named Liveable City Programme (LCP). The LCP, which is expected to be implemented from 2019 to 2021, is intended to give the city an environmental and aesthetic facelift. The engineers and planners of the Assembly have already divided the programme into the following three projects: 1. The Wetlands Restoration project (which will address issues such restoration and protection of rivers, streams. other water bodies and swampy lands): ii. The Green Cityscape Development project (which focuses on grassing, planting of trees along streets and other landscaping activities); and iii. The Drainage Upgrading project (which deals with the construction and repair of drainage systems). KMA has assigned you to be the Project Manager of one of the projects and you have the choice to select any of the three. Your Initial task is to plan the selected project in detail Among other things, you are required to: a) Produce a simple Project Scope Statement containing a description of the Produ Scope and the Deliverables that must be produced by the project; b) Based on the project scope statement, create a simple WBS for the project; c) Based on the WBS, produce an Activity List for the project; and d) Determine the Duration Estimate of each activity
