Question 1. You have been successful in obtaining the Roster Controller position and a staff member has called to advise they have worked an extra day this week. These hours were not in their roster and the staff member has not been paid for these additional hours. This staff member has been told on numerous occasions that they are not to work any hours outside of their rostered hours.
