Question \#14. (4 points) JoAnn, age 92, recently passed away. She owned 1,000 shares of stock in an S corporation, and she was the sole owner of the corporation. Since JoAnn was such a nice person, she decided to put in her will that her children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-great grandchildren would each recelve one share of stock in the S corporation as an inheritance. In total, she has 7 children, 26 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren. She left 892 shares to her surviving spouse. JoAnn's grandson, Ryan, the executor of her estate, comes to you and asks if the corporation will still qualify as an S corporation when all of JoAnn's heirs inherit the stock. Please advise Ryan
