Historically, credit sales have been collected as follows: 60 percent in the month of the sale, 30 percent in the month after the sale, and the remaining 10 percent two months after the sale. Gross sales for the quarter are projected as follows: January, $30,000; February, $34,480; and March, $30,000. Accounts receivable on December 31 were $10,000. Ithan's expected cash collections for February would be: Round your answers UP to the next highest whole number. You do not need to report decimal points. The grading system allows for a tolerance.
