QUESTION 2 (5 MARKS) During the Polytechnic's registration period, at the end of January 2020, the Namibia University of Science and Technology and MTC Namibia entered into a contract. In terms of the contract MTC, offered the Namibia University of Science and Technology students' laptops and portable Wi-Fi devices at a reduced price. The students could either buy the laptops and devices in cash or on credit. Those who purchased the laptops on cash terms acquired ownership immediately while those who bought on credit ownership did not pass to them. The laptops and devices remain the property of MTC and ownership will only pass after they complete their payment. The students who bought theirs on credit not knowing whether such a condition is the valid approach you as a commercial student for advice. What advice will you give them? QUESTION 3 ( 10 MARKS) Ndishi bought a top (blouse) from Mr. Price. When Ndishi arrived home, she noticed that the top is supposed to come with a belt but the shopkeeper forgot to pack the belt for her. Ndishi went back to the shop to claim the missing belt. Unfortunately, for her, the belts were out of stock and the shopkeeper asked her to pick something else from the shop of the same price range. Nishi liked the top so much and was willing to keep it without the belt. She however asked for a price reduction since one of the important accessories to the top was missing. The shopkeeper rejected Ndishi's offer claiming that she either takes the top at the original price even if there is no belt or takes something else from the shop. Are there any remedies for Ndishi? If yes, discuss the remedies in detail
