Question 2: A Retail Shopping store uses online purchase system which receives orders from customers and when the purchase is completed sends them receipt. This web portal also shows promoted products, allows customers to add items to their wish list, searching for a specific product, allows them to build and view their shopping carts and check the physical locations of retail stores. Promotions are entered to the system by the content officers while product information are obtained from companys database servers.

In order to search something customers specifies product name system then converts that product name into a product ID and timestamp information. And then query process starts by authentication with DB. When the authentication is successful, Item ID is supplied to DB and product details are gathered. These results are then converted to the meaningful information and displayed to the customer.
