QUESTION 2 Alisha is a brilliant student. She has been performing so well in her primary school and secondary school as she got 6 A's in her UPSR and 9 A's in her PT3. She is now 16 years old and taking architecture subjects for her elective courses because she dreams of becoming a chartered architect in the future. One day, her mother, Puan Latifah told Alisha that her friend, Puan Sri Maya is looking for an apprentice for her architect firm in Kelana Jaya, known as Bina Jaya Architect Sdn Bhd. Puan Latifah also handed Alisha an official letter from Bina Jaya Architect Sdn Bhd offering her to be an apprentice in the company because Puan Sri Maya knows that Alisha has a very huge potential in becoming a professional architect in the future. After several days thinking about the offer, Alisha then enters into a contract that states that she shall be an apprentice of the firm. Later in the same week, Alisha receives a call from The Royal Institute of British Architect offering her a scholarship to do A Level in Architecture on a condition that she must do it in one of the universities in Scotland. Alisha is so excited to hear that because she always wishes to study in the United Kingdom. A week before she is due to start work in Bina Jaya Architect Son Bhd, she changes her mind and decides to accept the offer from The Royal Institute of British Architect. ADVISE Bina Jaya Architecture Son Bhd if it has a cause of action against Alisha. (10 Marks)
