Question 2 - Conflict

Conflict is a process that begins when one party perceives that another party has negatively affected, or is about to negatively affect, something that the first party cares about. Conflict can relate to tasks, relationships and processes. It can also be functional and dysfunctional.

From your experience of working in groups at university provide two different examples of functional conflict and two different examples of dysfunctional conflict, and explain your rationale for choosing these examples.
