take:

i. B.A Samuelson had maintained an account with you for 3 years. He has been a satisfactory customer, but in recent months his account has been overdrawn. You have written on three occasions recently requesting repayment. He works as a claims manager
for a popular insurance company whose account you do not hold. The insurance company was claiming from your bank refund of the value of a cheque for GH1,250,000.
The cheque which was made out in the name of A. Samuel and crossed "not negotiable"
was fraudulently altered by Mr. Samuelson after it has been signed. No enquiry was
made of B.A Samuelson when he lodged in this cheque for collection.
ii. A.O. Nanka has been your customer for twenty years. He is a dealer in petroleum products. He telephoned this morning to complain that a cheque for GH5 million issued by
him payable to Mobil oil co. was dishonored with the answer "Refer to Drawer" and as a result the oil company has stopped the supply of petroleum products to him. On investigation you discovered that two cheque paid in by him this week totaling GH3 million were credited to A.A.Nanka.
iii. There are several reasons why a customer's account may become irregular. In the majority of cases, these are brought about by a change in the customer's circumstances
and/or an inability on the customer's part to manage their finances. Explain any five (5) reasons.
