Ground floor is occupied by him for his residence, the annual value of which is Rs. 30,000. First floor was built by him and was let out from 1st June, 2019 on a monthly rent of Rs. 2,500, after its completion in May, 2019. For the construction of first floor, he borrowed Rs. 2,00,000 @7.5% from HDFC Ltd. First and second floors are independent units of the house. As a professional, he is also a visiting surgeon to various hospitals.
