Question $3$ Conditions

This question is out of $3$ marks. When pricing the items in the order, the Conditions

feature of SAP was used to do the calculations. Other than the discounts you entered manually,

all the detail lines were provided and calculated automatically by the SAP system. You may

refer to the screen captures on p$.30$ and on p$.43$ for reference. Why would the ERP system

provide such a complex pricing approach?

Question $4$ Analysis

This question is out of $5$ marks. From the Fiori home page, click on $$List Sales Orders$,$

and type your sales order number in the document field, and click $$Execute$.$ If you cannot

remember your sales order number, use one of the various search approaches that are available to

you in this screen by clicking on a field, and clicking F$4.$

When your order is listed, double click on your order number in the $$Sales Document$$

column to view your order.

Use the menu path More $->$ Environment $->$ Display Document Flow. Note that this

display differs from the other document flow you produced for your screen print in that this

display shows all documents associated with the flow, whereas the screen print you took displays

only material documents.

How might this display be of use to an order desk when a customer calls to discuss the

status of one of their orders?
