The Company decided to venture into the fast- food business. For this purpose, the Company entered into a sale and purchase contract with Arte Building Bhd to purchase a shop lot in Jelatang. The payment has been completed and the ownership has been transferred.The Company subsequently made an order for purchase of kitchen equipment worth RM50,000 from Kit Equipment Sdn Bhd.
