the contract, the parties agreed that Richard would buy '500 white roses plants, packed 50 to a
pallet, fair average quality of the season, delivery to Richard's premises on 25 April 2018.
On 25 April Peter delivers the roses plants to Richard. After inspecting the delivery, Richard
noticed that 10% of the roses plants have pink flowers. He also discovered that several the plants
have very small flowers and are therefore not fair average quality for the season. Moreover, the
roses plants are packed 60 to a pallet and Peter has delivered 440 roses plants.
