QUESTION 2. Sort-out-your-life Chantal Durand and Louis Bouvet have spent the last 18 months in lockdown. During this time, they decided that they should start a business providing personal coaching. They want to call the business 'Sort-out-your-life'. Between them they have many skills and can provide coaching on cooking, exercise, home organisation and many other areas. Initially, this will be online, but when allowed expanded to in-person. However, they have never taken any business courses and are uncertain what form of business they should use. An internet search suggested: a sole trader, a partnership, or a limited company. Required You have been asked to provide a brief report to Chantal and Louis, explaining to them the difference between the three forms of business, including advantages and disadvantages. Your report should conclude with a recommendation to them, setting out which form you are recommending. [Total 33 marks]
