Question 4 HadijahBinta is an enterprising business lady in Solo municipality Namaubi district dealing in textiles and agro-products. She has offices in all the five divisions of the municipal council and employs a chain of salesmen. The head office is full of files which include daily stock returns, invoices, supply schedules, budget estimates, memoranda and tax reports.Hadijah has heard about how computers make data storage safe and economical. She now wants to start using computers in all her offices. However, her business consultant Sunami, informed her that computers are a double-edged sword with positive and negative impacts.

Excited about this prospect, Ken asked Sophie to explain to the NEC Board of Directors (Board) how this can be achieved.
