Question 2. What rights should offenders have in prison? Is it appropriate to categorize all offenders as "bad people" or "people who just made mistakes"? Similarly, is it fair to dictate what rights all offenders have, regardless of their circumstances? That is, if we assume that there is a mixture of both "bad people" and "people who just made mistakes" in prisons, is it right or fair that we give the former multiple chances or, alternatively, that we do not allow the latter such opportunities at all?
