In this study, I collected consumers' online reviews on several online video games. To be more specific, these are Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MORPG), such as 'World of Warcraft.' To play an MORPG, players usually need to purchase an installation CD first and to pay a monthly subscription fee. They can register accounts on this MORPG's website and create their own avatars in the game's virtual world. Players can then explore the virtual world joined by millions of other subscribers, and build up their avatar's power to advance in the game. Most often, they need to team up with other players to complete a quest simultaneously in an MORPG. In the regression analysis, the dependent variable is RATING, which is consumer's overall rating on a specific game.
