Write a report to the management of your organisation using the above structure where you explain with relevant examples how they can create a long-lasting and sustainable organisation. Please note that your examples must be applicable to the particular organisation, not just general ones. Question 2 (50 marks) You are an organisational behaviour consultant and are contracted by your own organisation (an organisation) to analyse and advise what group behaviour of employees restricts the organisation from reaching optimal performance levels. The company indicated that the outcome of your research must demonstrate the following: 1. The top three group behaviour challenges the organisation is currently facing. 2. Issues identified within the organisation structure and culture. 3. Recommendations on specific types of interventions that can improve or change the group behaviour. Own research will be essential to demonstrate that you understand the subject in a practical context. The final report must be structured in the following way (you may make assumptions where required): Background and context of the organisation. (5) . The instrument used to collect the data and the requirements for such an instrument. (5) . The process you use to analyse the data as part of identifying the main challenges. (5) Your findings - describe in detail the top three group challenges identified. (15) . The recommendations with relevant interventions to deal with the group challenges (at least two interventions per challenge must be identified and described). Describe how these interventions will change group behaviour. (15) . Reflection on your learning from this assignment.
