  1. Jim runs a toy shop. He has two employees, Jane and Jennie. Jane is full time employee and Jennie is a casual employee. Jane has three young kids and has been asked to work overtime around the Christmas period. Jane insists she cannot dos o as she needs to be available to pick up her kids after school. Jane as always worked from 7 to 3. She comes in sets up the store and opens the store and then leaves early so she can pick up her kids from school. Jim is not happy with Jane's refusal and says that if she will not work the additional hours, she can be replaced easily with Jennie who would be more than happy to have a full time position. Jen is worried that if she leaves work at 3, Jim will replace her.
