- A sales commission of 5% on sales due 2 months after sales is payable in addition to the above selling expenses.
- Capital expenditure-plant purchased on the 1st of Jan for P10, 000 and was paid for immediately.
- Bought a building in January for P80, 000, payable in 2 half yearly instalments, the 1st payment is in February.
- A dividend of P5,000 (net) is payable in April.
- Period of credit allowed by creditors is 2 months and the company also allows its customers 2 months credit.
- Wages are paid in the month they are incurred.
- Lag in the payment of other expenses-1 month
- Cash balance on 1 January 2020 was expected to be P37,500
