The terms of the contract also stated that Justin B was to attend 2 Meet-the-Fans sessions in Singapore scheduled on 10 and 1 1 June 2022. Justin B signed the contract. On 5 June 2022, Justin B became ill with a rare disease and had to cancel his different engagements to rest and recover. CP was also informed that Justin B would not be able to attend the 2 Meet-the-Fans sessions scheduled on 10 and 11 June 2022. However, Justin B believed that he would be well enough to perform at the concerts in August 2022. The Managing Director of CP sought your advice on the following issues. Required: (a) Define "terms" of a contract and state the TWO (2) types of terms commonly found in a contract.
