Ouestion 3 (25 marks) Simon and Harry were watching a movie, "Fast and Falling 8", in GT cinema. During a car- chase scene, they heard a loud creaking sound above the cinema hall. Simon commented that the cinema has great sound system. A few minutes later, a piece of tile fell onto Harry's left hand. Harry's left hand was injured and the tile damaged his watch. Harry screamed in pain as the tile had cut his left hand. Simon was in shock and quickly took out tissues to stop the bleeding. Everyone in the cinema switched on their mobile phone torch and shone their light towards Harry and Simon. Both Harry and Simon made their way out of the cinema hall. William, the manager of GT cinema, was alerted and he quickly brought Harry and Simon to the office. William bandaged Harry's left hand and assured them that he would look into the matter. Simon took out the cinema ticket and noticed the following wordings at the back of the ticket: "GT cinema's terms and conditions 1. 2. You agree to abide by the House Rules set by GT cinema when you patronize any GT cinemas. You agree that GT cinema shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect and / or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by you within GT cinema 's premises, arising from any acts or omissions of GT cinema, its staff and / or its other customers / patrons whether those acts or omissions were negligent or otherwise.
