Local businesses donated $36,000 to be used however the hospital's management team sees fit. 3. Carrie Maurice donated $125,000. Carrie stated that she would like to see the funds used toward improvements in the emergency room. 4. Greg Francis donated $350,000 to the hospital with NO stipulations. The board of directors of the hospital decided that it would hold the funds for use in the purchase of new ultrasound equipment.
