Question 3: Audit Risk (13 Marks)

Audit Risk is made up of three components. The COVID 19 Pandemic has had a significant impact on one of these components.

Required:

Identify which Audit Risk component has been impacted, describe what this component is and provide an analysis of this pandemic has impacted this component. The analysis should contain and describe at least 5 concepts which have an impact on Audit Risk.
