Vehicles may change owners, but at the time of the Registration - each vehicle has a specific owner. For the Registration, information is kept about its StartDate, EndDate, and Fees. At registration point, information is kept about: Vehicle's License Plate (Number, issuer, type, year) Vehicle's Disk Sticker (Number, year, type) that is issued Each Registration is concerned with one specific Vehicle's Plate and is issuing one specific Disk Sticker For each Vehicle Owner, the system keeps information about Owner's Name, Address and Phone Number For each Vehicle that is registered, the system must store the Number, Year, Make, Model, Body Style, Gross Weight, Colour, Mileage, and Cost. Some of the Vehicles might be of type Powered or of type Trailer, but these are not the only types. Specific to Trailer type are the Body No and Length. Specific to Powered type are Diesel Powered (Y/N) and Number of Passenger characteristics. Separately, each Powered type of Vehicle might be subdivided into Car, Truck, Motorcycle (to name a few, but this list of subtypes is not exhausted). Specific to the Car is Luggage Capacity. Important for the Truck are maxCargoCapacity and maxTowingCapacity. o Motorcycle type comes with HorsePower particulars.
