Question 3 Emerging Technologies and Trends

Suppose you have been asked to speak at the monthly meeting of the Chamber of Commerce in the Washington D.C. area. Your audience will be business managers and executives from a range of industries. You have been asked to talk about the emerging technology landscape the 5 emerging technologies you believe will have the most impact on business in the next five years and why.

I would like for you to approach this topic in this manner:

1. List the emerging technologies that companies have at their disposal. Think about all the technology topics the teams presented and the articles you have read. Explain each one of these in about 1 sentence. Once you have done this look at the list and provide the five you will include in your talk. Give one sentence as to why each one is part of your speech. Make sure the five you decide on integrate in your talk. You do not need to write the speech just the five technologies and why.

After you write this answer come back to it later and think about it again from the audience perspective. Will they walk away with some value that will make a difference?
