Right Price Realty is a real estate business in metropolitan Adelaide which is owned and operated by Martina. Martina has decided to expand her business to include rental property management and has asked Adnan to provide property management services. Adnan has his own property management business called Serene. Adnan owns the vehicle which he uses. Right Price pays for the petrol of the car.

In relation to the property management services:

• Right Price requires Adnan and pays for him to complete online safety training modules.
• There is no set number of properties to be managed.
• Adnan is paid per property managed which includes inspections and administration work.
• Adnan has been issued with and is required to wear a blue jacket and tie with the Right Price monogram and logo.
• One time after Adnan forgot to send a client the monthly invoice for property management services, Martin yelled "If you forget to issue invoices again, I will take away your uniform and give the work to better workers."
• Adnan is hurt one day when he injures his shoulder while holding the clip board with the paperwork to conduct a property inspection. He requires rehabilitation and cannot work for 2 months.

Is this a contract of employment or independent contractor arrangement?
