Question 3 - Systems Development

Systems development is an important part of the organisation. Information

technology (IT) represents the way that an organisation recognises the need for a

new system, goes through the process of meeting that need and implements the

system within the organisation. Systems development is a project for an

organisation, the outcome of which is intended to be a better system that allows the

organisation to function more effectively. Organisations face the need for systems

development for various reasons.
