It was Mr. Jack who helped William understands the demands of the job, gave him opportunities to learn from the mistakes he made, and always provides sound advice. Mr. Jack, who has been in the field for over eighteen years, has never made William feel like a novice and this only increased William's personal confidence in his work and his loyalty toward his manager. William, who is now doing very well on the job, aims to be a manager like Mr. Jack.
