QUESTION 4 (15 marks)(18 minutes) Oct/Nov 2022 Commence this question on a new (separate) page. The following information pertains to Bravo Theatres, who is not a registered VAT vendor.: 2. Additional information: 2.1 The rental income for May and June 2022 has not been received by 30 June 2022. Office space was let from 1 July 2021, at a fixed amount. 2.2 A debtor, P Planist, with an account of R30 000 , was declared insolvent. Only 15% of his account was settled and correctly recorded in the books of Bravo Theatres The outstanding amount must be written off. 2.3 On 30 June 2022, R1 000 of the commission income recorded was received in advance. 2.4 On 30 June 2022, R4 600 of the recorded telephone and internet expenses were prepaid. 2.5 The account for the June 2022 marketing expenses, R3 200, was received on 30 June, but not recorded. The amount will be settled during July 2022. REQUIRED: Record the above year end adjustments in the general journal of Bravo Theatres, on 30 June 2022. NB: Show all calculations. [15] UNISA 2022
