Question 4 (6 marks) Juliet and Romeo were university classmates and they both joined Champion CPA Limited (CCL") upon graduation. Juliet is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Juliet owned 1,000 shares of Company A. Recently, she read some bad news about Company A ("news") from a forum. By coincidence, Romeo was engaged in the audit work of Company A. Juliet asked Romeo for some insider information of Company A but Romeo rejected to share with her. Since then, Juliet has been trying to guess Romeo's work password. She was successful because Romeo just used his birthday as his work password. Juliet used her work computer, logged in to Romeo's work account and accessed Romeo's audit work files for Company A. Juliet verified that the news she read was untrue. Juliet did not know that the log-in and log-out actions of her work computer were recorded and closely monitored by CCL's IT Department. CCL discovered Juliet's misconduct immediately and reported the incident to the police. Juliet was caught by the police because she accessed to her computer with criminal or dishonest intent. Required: With reference to the case, discuss which THREE principles of the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants prescribed by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants were breached by Juliet
