(B) Mr. Ahmed recently graduated from a reputed college. He started a new business, and all the functions of business activity is sole proprietorship business. All day to day transactions are recorded in the books and he calculated the profit for the year he visited bank to apply for loan for the expansion of his business. After few years he repaid his debt and interest to the bank. Now his business has grown rapidly and got huge profits. During the time period he changed his position from taking loan from bank to ready to invest in different investment options. He bought different assets and took again loan from the bank for the growth and expansion of his business. He recently opened an account in the bank for business activity purpose.
