i. Find the list price of a Macbook Pro.

ii. Compute the amount to be paid if the invoice cash terms of 3/5, n/30 was paid four days after the date of the invoice.

(b) Tony bought a new set of home theater worth RM8,260. He received an invoice dated 26 October 2020 with trade discount of 9%, 3% and was offered cash discount terms 3/15, 2/30, and n/60.

i. Calculate the single discount equivalent to the trade discounts given.

ii. Find the last date to receive the 3% and 2% cash discount.

iii. Find the last date to make the full payment.

iv. Determine the total amount due if she paid the invoice on 17 November 2020.

v. If he paid RM4,000 on 3 November 2020, how much is the balance due before the credit term ends?

(c) An invoice of RM35,748 was dated 15 March 2020. The invoice has a trade discount of 10% and 15% and cash discount terms of 10/15, 5/25, n/40.

i. Calculate the single discount equivalent to the trade discounts given.

ii. Find the net price after allowing for trade discount.

iii. Determine the total amount due if the invoice was paid on 29 March 2020.
