(6 marks) (ii) Calculate the average quarterly variations using the additive model. (6 marks) (iii) Forecast the number of guests who check-in to the resort for the fourth quarter of the (3 marks) year 2022. b) Johnson takes a loan of RM600,000 from a bank. The bank charges an interest rate of 6,6% per annum compounded monthly. He agrees to repay his loan by making two equal payments at the end of the third year and the fifth year. Find the repayment amount. (4 marks) c) An international company is considering whether to invest in an offshore green project which was launched recently. The cash flows of the project is shown below: Cash Inflow (RM) Year 0 1 2 3 50,000 40,000 68,000 Cash Outflow (RM) 60,000 15,000 20,000 38,000 The company has a cost of capital of 12% per annum.
