(a) The worker is required to load 20kg boxes from the pallet (20cm off the ground) onto the cart (50cm from the ground) as shown in Figure Q4(a). There are 30 boxes to be loaded and this is repeated twice in an 8-hour shift by the same worker. Using appropriate tools to evaluate the risk, illustrate to the company whether this task is acceptable or needs to be modified.
