Assume Japanese Stiltgrass reaches a fi of 45 acres in Maryland and that its spread within this forest can be modeled in the following way: Each year, the surface covered by Stiltgrass grows by 8 % and (after t 0.05 acres of the ground covered by Stiltgrass is reclaimed by other species.
