She has been paying the instalments diligently. With reference to the Hire-Purchase Act 1967, consider the following situations:

i. In view of the good cash flow returns of her business, in year 2021, Lina wishes to know the remaining balance and to shorten the duration of the hire-purchase agreement so that she can settle the amount. What are her rights as a hirer? (5 marks)

ii. In October 2021, however, Lina was hospitalized due to covid and her business was effected. She was unable to pay the instalment for that month. On 25th October 2021, she received the forth schedule notice from BMG informing her that the food truck will be repossessed if she fails to pay in 14 days. Two weeks later on 8th November 2021 agents of BMG towed the food truck from the parking lot. Whether BMG follow the procedure? (15 marks)
