Question 4 Ron Powell's strategy did not work in Dallas the same way that it did in New York because he was dealing with a different culture. He was not motivating the employees that were lacking ability and motivation, and he was not offering help to improve their performance. With the too frequent turnover the employees did not feel they had job security. The main goal of Mr. Powell was to save the office, not the employees. He has great manager/leadership skills, but probably lack of motivation skills
