For the airplane, it must have the identification number, plane type, manufacturer name and also the years the plane is produced. With this record, it will help the Ministry to check the condition and the situation of all airplanes that serve in the country. For the pilot, the important information that must be available is the identification number, name, phone number, address, position and qualification . For the departure station, each station needs to have their own identification number, airport name and the country where the aircraft depart. As for the arrival station, the requirement should similar to the departure station, where each station also needs to have their own identification number, airport name and the country where the aircraft arrive.
