He has managed as significant as $500 million worth of portfolios, and due to his reputation, more international investments continue flowing into his firm. Recently, he is seen lavishly spending money on luxury cars and expensive holidays with his family. He has also been slacking at work with tons of documents yet to be reviewed, frequently late to work while missing crucial weekly meetings with his department and prominent clients. To make matters worse, his firm has received a query from the Securities Commission and now, he is about to be called by the board of directors for the same reasons that everyone has been talking about in the office. Required: Describe any three possible ethics he could have breached which warrant urgent actions from the board of directors that affects the firm's reputation as a whole.
