In September 2010 ABC Brewery hired Nathaniel as a chemical engineer in their brewery, a position which they described as critical within the industry. It is a term in his contract of employment that Nathaniel shall not seek employment with ABC's competitor, Arch Brewery for a period of 10 years if he ever leaves their employ In the march 2020, ABC Brewery terminated Nathaniel's appointment on grounds that patronage of their products have been adversely affected by the outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic. Nathaniel upon receipt of the letter of termination, hurriedly applied to Arch Brewery for position as Chemical Engineet. Two weeks later Nathaniel secures a new job with Arch Brewery and was asked to commence work as Chemical Engineer with immediate effect.
