(Please use Lucidchart or some other visualization software to ensure you have a good quality 'business ready' artifact) Gallery Procedures The first session of training is to show a new member how the gallery runs day to day. It is NOT to teach them how to use the computer, though some may be very comfortable using one and be able to watch and learn from you. But it is not your job to teach them. The member who is training should sit at the computer. Morning and afternoon shift (the same except for opening and closing the gallery): wwwwww Start by meeting the person in the carpark. Show them how to open the key box and get the keys to open the back door of the gallery and cupboard door behind the desk. When you are inside, unlock one of the front doors (this is so you won't get locked out) and then unlock the cupboard door, behind the desk, to get the keys to the desk drawer etc out. Hang them around your neck. Replace the door keys back in the key box outside as you won't need them again. The afternoon person will NOT need these keys. If the Covid 19 regulations and cleaning has been completed proceed with opening the wwwwww gallery, if not then follow the COVID 19 cleaning first. By 10 o'clock you should have the gallery open, showing the new member how to put the signs out, the flag up and where the lights and fans switches are. Windows should be opened, if not please open them to aid the flow of air through the gallery. Explain the importance of asking all visitors and members entering the gallery to sign in with the QR code. Counting the float and if the float is correct at $250 turn the point of sale (POS) system on, otherwise recount the float and leave a message in the day book to bring the issue to the treasurers attention.
