You have been hired by the University of South Africa $($UNISA$)$ to draw up a Program flow chart for their computer system. The Program flow chart must read student records from a file. Each record contains the student's name, address and an exam mark out of $350.$

Print the names and percentages with a remark for all the students according to the following criteria:

Less than $50\%$ is a failure.

$80\%$ or above is a distinction.

For any other percentage, the student just gets a pass comment.

Stop processing when End of File $($EOF$)$ is reached.
