Nevertheless, Dwen continued doing business with Royston, supplying him with motor vehicle spare parts who was unaware of the termination. It was only on March 30, 2021, that Royston learned that Dwen was no longer Fran's agent. Royston demanded Fran the payment for the price of motor vehicle spare parts which the former had delivered to Dwen between 14 March 2021 till 29 March 2021.
