Your use of emotion score is your total score for statements 9 to 12. 27

A score above 22 reflects high use of emotion and means that you can use your feelings and senses to drive positive behavior.

Your regulation of emotion score is your total score for statements 13 to 16. 24

A score above 23 reflects high regulations of emotion and means that you control your emotions effectively.
