The role
Working as the State Manager, based in Perth, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business. Leading a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants, you will ensure the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.
In this role, you'll be....
- Providing overall leadership and management to the State/Branch and team
- Managing customer accounts including business development and contract management
- Providing training, coaching and development to your team
- Managing service delivery standards
- Managing your own reduced size case load to a high standard

What we are looking for:
- Experience in a State or Branch Manager role within Occupational Rehabilitation
- Experience dealing with clients, customers, insurers, and employers.
- Professional registration with appropriate body - AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA
- Driving license, willingness to travel locally
