QUESTION C. (15 marks] A matrix is a two-dimensional structure. For example, 11 4 1 -5 1-2 1 -2 0 6 -7 8 3 is a matrix which has 3 rows and 4 columns, and thus 4x3 = 12 elements in total. Write a program to do the following tasks. Ask the user to input a matrix. The user should first specify the size of the matrix (i.e., the number of rows and the number of columns), then input the value of each element of the matrix. Suppose the size of the input matrix is at most 100X100. The program stores the matrix in a two-dimensional linked list. Each node in the two-dimensional linked list stores one element in the matrix and has two pointers, which point to the next element in the same row and the next element in the same column, respectively. For example, the two-dimensional linked list of the above example matrix looks like the following retete Traverse the two-dimensional linked list and print the element stored in each node
