Question from Boss? I hear a lot about increasing demand for workplace flexibility, but my generation found a way to work the long hours and have a family. Is this generation really that different, or should we find folks that are more ambitious? Are there really tangible connections between workplace flexibility and organizational productivity? If there are, how would we measure them and track the benefits of workplace flexibility programs?"
