• Question Go on-line and look at the Harry & David web site. Select a product or group of products your group thinks would be attractive. Describe:
  • Your target audience (Any one or combination of HR manager, office manager, and/or Sales/Marketing manager)
  • A specific product offering of your choosing anything you want to promote from the Harry & David website
  • You must choose any industry or region as long as you have at least 1,000 or more targets to reach. For example, by industry such as electrical contractors or pharmaceutical firms, or regions such as the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area. By 1,000 or more targets, I mean select a market or list with at least 1,000 individual people, contacts, or organizations to contact.
• Plug in numbers you think make sense in an LTV equation and use LTV to explain why you selected those products. Think about:
  • Average Order (Larger bundles of products or higher priced products get higher average orders)
    • Response Rates (More attractive offers get higher response rates)
• Fulfillment cost (Assume simple orders lowers fulfillment cost)
• You DO NOT need to explain your formula or have exact numbers. You may use the LTV formulas to support your ideas. Try to have 200 or more words.
